Do you like Cran-grape and Cran-apple juice, Sheila? I love that stuff.

There are about 35-40 tablespoons of sugar in pop!!!!!!!!

I never have been a big fan of Mtn. Dew, but the vegetable oil thing about freaks me out.
Are there really that many tablespoons of sugar in Coke? Dang. That is a ton. Talk about contamination.

I like iced tea, Carrie, but I'm not much of a hot beverage drinker. Yes, I do like Cran-grape and Cran-apple juice. I want to get away from ingesting all of that sugar because I know it's not good for me. It's pretty scary to think there's that much sugar in soda!!

Oh, I thought you didn't drink tea at all. I know when I read what Jen wrote I freaked out.

I find that when I drink soda or juice it makes me more thirsty! There is even a ton of sodium in soda, like I said before we used to call diet coke a "can of carcinogens" bascially that is what it is really!

I ate a tuna sandwhich and wheat thins for dinner, I am dying for a real meal! After working all weekend I don't feel like cooking so I get what I can get!

I reheated some pizza in the oven. It was pretty good. I hate to microwave it because then it's just greasy rubber, basically.
