I didn't say I was happy, I am not exactly happy, but it's just being hopeful that they will each carry on with their musical careers, because that is what they are best at. Carrying on with their passion for music. I totally understand when you say that it won't be the same, because that is how I feel. It defenitly won't be the same. But it still will be good. And, notice how the people who are happy about this "solo" stuff are mostly guys, and are guitar freaks? Does that mean anything?

You obviously don't appreciate the gift and the meaning of the talent that they each have...
"Oh I'm going to boycott Scott's CD if it's his fault" "Oh I'm going to boycott Mark/Flip's CD if it's their fault" Don't you think that is abit childish...they are still the same guys, with the same amazing talent, and I am going to be buying each CD because I stand right beside all of them for whatever they do because I am a true fan. And creedlvr, you are talking bullshit now, there aren't many Scott fans on this board...oh please get a hold of yourself! Look at my name! ADDICTED2STAPP!! Do you think I would have made that my username if I liked mark or flip "better"? No.
As for you ... Aren't you the epitome of a voice of maturity!? I'm so glad that you feel you're so above others that you feel fit enough to mimmick them! I guess THAT'S not childish, right?? Oh, I'm sorry, I guess you have that right because "Oh, because I stand right beside all of them for whatever they do because I am a true fan." I guess the rest of us haven't quite gotten to that level yet. I'll try to stop talking my bullshit and work on that. Anyway, this is my opinion and I'm sticking to it. I haven't seen anyone else here get snotty or insulting because they don't agree ... only you. Here's a newsflash ... you're on a discussion board! Not everyone will agree. You don't have to be insulting to make your point. And BTW - ADDICTED2STAPP --- yes, I can read! However, judging by the way you're SO supportive of this great new band that will exclude your "addiction" ... forgive me if I got confused for a minute. |

I'm just glad they aren't giving up on music altogether. Stapp is supposedly working on solo stuff. I'm just as anxious to still get to hear his voice as I am to hear what Mark is going to do. Basically, I think people are trying to look at what positives can come of this and make the best of it.
I can understand that. I would certainly rather see them still making music than just giving up on it completely. Do we know if Scott's "solo stuff" is actually music or not? No one seems to know what exactly he's doing. |

Look I don't want to argue, okay. The last thing I want to do is start a fight.
Well my opinion that any of you will boycott any CD, in my opinion, I'M NOT SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO AGREE WITH ME, I think that is pretty stuipd. And don't call me snotty, I am not one to get snotty when someone doesn't agree with me, that is NOT ME. And I can't believe you picked up on that! Sorry if I was insulting but I was just expressing how I felt and I didn't mean to offend you. And I have my own opinion also, if you think I am being snotty right now, you don't know me! Actually that is a fact, you don't know me, so don't go mouthing off that you think I am being snotty becase you don't know anything about me.

This is all getting me really upset and I really don't want to start an argument. So I am sorry creedlvr for however I made you feel. So we disagree, let's not make a big deal out of it.

Oh ... I'm sorry. I must have taken that post the wrong way. I reread it and now realize that I shouldn't have felt insulted.
You're right, I don't know you. The only things I have to go on are your posts. And maybe I'm just being overly sensitive because I'm not in the greatest of moods, but I did take your post to be judgemental and insulting. I am not here to argue with you, either. But if you don't want to get mouthed off to ... then don't do it to me. I am just a bit more protective of Scott because it seems like he's the underdog here. (And I usually feel sorry for the underdog.) I certainly don't want to make you (or anyone) upset. So... I'm sorry too. Let's just drop it and chalk it up to "Creed breakup frustration". |

about me boycotting stapp i dont know but if he left the band for some reason to do something else and just left them there i will with a passion, but if thats not the case i'll definentely buy it.
Also there is a connection between every tremonti die-hard being guitar freaks and males. Because most of us play guitar alot we can see the depth in his guitar playing as much as you can see the depth in stapp's lyrics. He also inspired me to get serious with the guitar and hopefully one day play as good as him. and about this fight addicted2stapp your too emotional, acting on impulse and insulting everyone who dosent agree with you, and you call me and creedlvr childish ? HAH and yes i am picking a fight

Yes, you don't know me, so don't judge.
I don't think anyone is in the greatest of moods today. I don't like getting mouthed off at, and I don't like doing it, but if I feel I have to, especially abot Creed, then I will. I am protective about Scott also, but I disagree and tend to think that he is not the underdog right now. No one is. Yes, so we are both sorry, peace.

Knock it off, Delirium. There's no need to insult people. Addicted2Stapp is just getting this news today, so lighten the heck up. Most of us have had a couple of days to digest this.

Well you are not going to get one, because I am not here to fight.
