Important Info regarding UPS. Please read!
I got this from another site, it may or may not be true but better safe than sorry:
Sent: Monday, January 05, 2004 4:27 PMSubject: RE: ALERT! - UPS Uniforms UPS ALERT Please pass this around. Government Warning regarding purchase of UPS uniforms: There has been a huge purchase, $32,000 worth, of United Parcel Service (UPS) uniforms on e Bay over the last 30 days. This could represent a serious threat as bogus drivers (terrorists) can drop off anything to anyone with deadly consequences! If you have ANY questions when a UPS driver appears at your door, they should be able to furnish VALID I.D. Additionally, if someone in a UPS uniform comes to make a drop off or pick up, make absolutely sure they are driving a UPS truck. UPS does not make deliveries or pickups in anything, except a company vehicle. If you have a problem, IMMEDIATELY call your local law enforcement agency right away! TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY! Tell everyone in your office, your family, your friends, etc. Make people aware so that we can prepare and/or avoid terrorist attacks on our people! Thank you for your time in reviewing this and PLEASE send to EVERYONE on your list, even if they are friend or foe. We should all be aware! That's so gay. People are finding more and more excuses to be assholes. How exactly do they get the uniforms to sell in the first place? Isn't selling professional uniforms illegal? Why don't they bust the sellers, get the info from them of who bought the uniforms, then bust them?

Colin has a point.
Besides, about the valid ID part... it's pretty much easy to fake a badge... specially for those are used in setting bombs... so forget the ID and focus on the pick-up/truck part.

Exactly, my Dad used to drive for UPS, so I've very familiar with the trucks. If somebody comes to my house with a UPS delivery and he's NOT driving the big ugly brown truck with the logo, the sliding door and the bad muffler? I'm not answering.

My dog Molly hates the bad muffler, and can hear it a mile away (Or down the block). She would always let me know if the brown truck were outside.

My dad has been a driver for UPS for 25 years. He did not say anything to me about this. To my knowledge they don't wear badges, I will have to ask him. This does not surprise me, dumbass's I guess they think people are too trusting hugh? I know that there have been some "issues" with contents of packages that he told me that I can't get into on a public forum. Anyways this goes to show you that you can't trust anyone, sad really. As far as the muffler goes, yeah they have that "distinct" sound to them, it is the diesel engines and the exhaust systems, even the new trucks sound that way. My dad has tons of stray dogs follow his truck, he has a 20lb bag of dog treats he feeds to dogs on his route, gee I wonder where I get it from!!!!!

Well, I would have to guess that not answering isn't gonna cure the problem. Something tells me that the alleged terrorists won't be like "oh, no body is home? oh well, i guess we can not blow them up, that is fine"... still, it's sick that people do this. prisons overcrowded? kill 'em all. treason oughta be punishable by death. "cletus, git tha shotgun! we got ourselves one a' them there terr'rists 'round here somewhere! i can smell 'im from a mile away! damn terrorists! they stank!"

One more thing to add:
I, I mean me, I don't thing they would deliver bomb packs to ordinary people... I believe their target would be offices, malls, police/fire dept stations, hospitals, markets, stores, etc... it makes more sense, doesn't it? to me, at least

That would make much more sense. Well, they better not put any bombs in my creedink mags I'm gonna get monday for my b-day! If they blow those up, they'll get it!
I doubt they'd send it to oridnary people's homes. Unless they are someone big, which is unlikely, because, it would still make more sense to target all the places Tremonti_Fed listed.

I have a question. If someone does get murdered in a major city, in Canada, do the news casts go nuts, and talk about it for months on end? Here in the U.S. We pick one of the murders, and talk about it for months. Example: Laci Peterson case. Why can't they talk about something that concerns the rest of the U.S.? Yeah, I have sympathy for the girl, and her family. I can understand them putting the case on a few times to see if anyone out in the world know anything they don't already know. But, I think that case has just gone too far TV wise. Her husband can't have a fair trial, because, everyone thinks he did it. I'm not saying he didn't kill her, but I'm not saying he did. You know what I mean????
