Metallica - "Some Kind of Monster"
A Metallica update from MTV.
The Metallica documentary "Some Kind of Monster," which chronicles the making of St. Anger and features footage of the band in therapy, will be released theatrically on July 9. The film will open in a limited run in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco but will spread to other U.S. markets this fall. Metallica have now mapped out North American shows through November 20 in San Antonio, Texas. The last leg of their North American tour will kick off August 16 in St. Paul, Minnesota; the most recent addition is November 13 in Duluth, Georgia. ... This info also from MTV - A pastor in Calgary, Alberta, will play 20 minutes of Metallica music and the band's video for "The Unforgiven" during his church service on Mother's Day in order to drum some messages about anger and forgiveness into his congregation. "Seeing as Metallica is coming to town this week, we thought we'd preach a message on the heavy metal band this Sunday," Pastor John Van Sloten told the Calgary Sun. Van Sloten has conducted similar sermons to the music of U2, Evanescence and Johnny Cash. ...

I cannot WAIT to see this movie. From what I've heard, it's very intense. Should be awesome.
