john paul jones to feature on foos album!

john paul jones will play on the next foos album!
"We have a few guests that are playing on the record," Grohl said. "I put (Jones) on our wish list of guests and he actually responded and said that he would do it. And so I talked to him on the phone. Great guy. Nicest guy in the world. And then I got an e-mail the next day saying, 'Hey, if you'd like you can sit with us at our table for the lifetime achievement awards.'

Okay, I read that, and I guess it's just late, because, although I was reading "John Paul Jones," I was thinking "John BONHAM." So, you can only imagine the twists that were going on in my brain. Seriously, one of my first thoughts was, "I thought only Tupac could make music from the dead..."

Chancellor's amazing, but I love Entwistle. The live version of 515 is awe inspiring.

He is unbelievable. I love the stuff he comes up with. You realize just how integral a part the drums can play in music when you see how great he is.
