Hmm, I always thought the two versions sounded different. I like the album version better.

The version of Eden on the album was released as a single first. That's what's on all but one of the promo's and radio singles I obtained. They did the remix version later though I don't remember if Marty gave any reasoning behind that when he told me about it (during their tour with Everclear, a couple months after the single was first released). I guess they were hoping they'd get better response from radio stations with that other version (I think the record label should have picked a different song).
