The show was all right. I saw a couple of episodes when they first aired on HBO.

Is it being edited on The History Channel? HBO just replayed the whole series a few months ago. I caught a few parts (they were airing them in one hour segments. Then I missed a few due to other obligations so I stopped watching. I've been meaning to get tthe DVD of it from my local library but keep forgetting to.

Those that dont learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

I saw the commercials for it but never knew when it was actually on. Id love to watch it, unless its edited.

haven't been watching it, though i hear it's awesome. i'm too cheap to put up the $60 or $80 to buy the dvd set, but i certainly wouldn't object to receiving it as a gift! i'm really into war movies... black hawk down, saving pvt. ryan, and the like

If you have libraries that carry dvds, go borrow it from the library. My public library system has tons of stuff on dvd. I used to get movies once a week from the library - cheaper than Blockbuster!!

Like Animal Planet, National Geographic, Discovery, Music Channels (only rock) Cartoon Network, Nickelodean (sp). haha everything but History Channel. j/k I did see this one documentary about Hitler and the Germans, and it was quite interesting but that has been the only thing that I watched on that channel. To each their own.
