Scary movies...

No, this isn't about 'Scary Movie'. But I wanna know - what's the scariest movie you have ever seen? I haven't seen many scary movies (what with me being a wuss and all) but the movie that freaked me out the most was 'Cube'. And 'Signs' with Mel Gibson prevented me from sleeping much the night I saw it.

Yeah Signs freaked me out too! Some other ones are: The Shining, and believe it or not the movie Joy Ride kindda freaked me out too! Everytime I am surrounded by semi's on the highway I look at them different!

I'm a girl, I'm allowed to be scared at silly movies.

I have been wondering whether to go see The Ring - maybe I should wait till it is on DVD so I can stop it when I get too scared!!

Silence of the Lambs. Terrified me at the end when she was walking around in the dark and he had the night vision goggles. And The Exorcist, The Shining are two more.

See, I haven't even seen The Exorcist or The Shining because I've heard they're really scary and I'm a big chicken :chic: - this is the smilie for chicken isn't it? Otherwise, I'm highly embarrassed.

And The Silence of the Lambs was scary - I think. I must have blocked it out.

Silence of the Lambs, hands down. I had nightmares about that movie for days. I refused to ever see it again or any of the prequel/sequel stuff. Gives me shivers.

I cannot really think of one, but Candyman was pretty freaky. I was younger when I saw it, so that could have had a lot to do with it. I haven't really seen an lately.

Yeah.... Silence of the Lambs for sure!!! That is one of my most favorite movies, I love spooky movies, Hannibal Lector he is just plain creepy, "Would you like some favva beans and a fine chianti" hehe, "I am having an old friend for dinner tonight" Nobody but Anthony Hopkins could play that role!!!!

I refused to see Hannibal because of the sheer grossness of it. But I recently saw Red Dragon (I had to - it stars Edward Norton ) and it wasn't all that gory at all. There are a few cringe-y scenes but nothing really bad.
