maybe you were the wrong companion
to ask to fight along in this war you see the girl is fragile but you're not one of the great minds to understand what goes on inside I cry my tears day by day they are heavy on me but still I stay somehow I can't take that last step like a kid on candy I'm hooked on your help and day by day I fade taking sips of love I find along the way maybe the friend I need is way on the other side maybe I should turn away when they think they know my life but deep there inside is turning pale blue and despite of that I must let go of you and I'm drowning and I'm drowning and these sips of love are failing to make a change and our love is failing doesn't that sound strange
