Mark's Meet and Greet in Chicago!!!
Well, I'll start it. I didn't see that anyone else did! It was GREAT! We all had a great time. We proved we Creedfeeders are a bit more friendly than the Creedpitters I think, undoubtedly. I was the first there, then Collective Soul, just a toon of a kid, a lot of fun he was, then Julbright, then farmgirl and cjme. Not sure what happened to Steve. Was he there, or wasn't he? We never knew for sure. Anyway, the guns on Mark were what everyone said! Collective Soul and I tracked his brother Dan down and had a picture taken with him too! He signed my Human Clay album with Mark because he designed it. Mark was happy to see everyone and very nice and generous. Julie will have to tell you about her almost "catch" after the meet and greet.:P It was great meeting everyone. We have to plan to all get together! Anyone else there, add please... I'll be posting pictures next.

Sorry you couldn't make it Steve, you missed a reallly good time.
I met the nicest people there  Hi crest tatoo, Hi Julbright, Hi CollectiveSoul... Those hours spent in line, making new friends, alone were worth the trip. A big hug to my friend farmgirl for taking me there. much love

Oh yeah - I did forget to mention my near miss - I did start a thread Joy - I missed this one that you started until now - weird - anyway
My parents live near Lansing so I hung out with them for a while after I left the meet and greet. After leaving my parents', I drove past the location again on my way to the interstate just to see if there were still people there (It was about 5:30pm), I saw MARK and his entourage right there out in front of the store putting their stuff in the car and heading out. After I drove a few blocks I decided I couldn't just keep going - I had to go back - so I went around the block but they were already gone and the place was dead by the time I got back there. I don't really know what I was planning on doing if he were there - but it seemed wrong to just go on by without going back - even just to watch him walk to the car!

Hi Everyone, Crest tattoo, Julbright & CollectiveSoul, so glad cjme and myself got to meet you guys, you were all so nice.
cjme, big hugs back, I'll take you anywhere, LOL. Lovin Monti, sorry we missed you, I don't know what you look like and we got there about 45 minutes before it was supposed to start and ended up in line around the building. Where were you standing? It's sad some of us missed meeting up. Oh, I checked out the pics in the pics section and it looks like the names are crisscrossed. cjme is Tati and I'm Rose. I think the ones with us in them show Tati as being farmgirl. I certainly don't mind being shown as the petite blond one instead, LOL. Just thought I'd mention it, didn't know if the titles could be changed. Anyway, the pics turned out great and hope to get mine back soon. Have a great day everyone! Rose |
