Question about bass on weathered.

Hey guys, I have a question. I know mark played bass on weathered. But does anyone know what type of bass (guitar) he used?

Re: Question about bass on weathered.

I'm pretty sure he used a PRS Bass for the entire album.

Re: Question about bass on weathered.

I have always wondered what Brian thought or thinks about the bass playing on Weathered. He is pretty quiet, but I wonder what he thinks about that album.

Re: Question about bass on weathered.

Those PRS basses are awesome.mark did a fantastic job on the bass on weathered. It must have been custom PRS though, I'm sure Brian likes it, especially since mark played it and not a replacement bass player. Brian looked like he had fun playing the weathered tunes on tour last year. I just hope this year we hear some different weathered tunes like freedom fighter and weathered and DSD.

There's an old Brian interview from around 07 I think that asks that question but I can't remember what he actually said... it was from a BM fansite that got shutdown awhile back.

That would be cool if someone could dig that one up!
