Stupid.

I was driving to pick up my brother from school and I heard a loud jet engine, so I looked up and saw a flock of F-16 [5 planes]. So I looked up with admiration and said to myself "hmmm that must be the 147th, that'll be me one day." I also noticed they were armed, didn't make much sense to me as to why - but I didn't think much else of it. So I pick him up and we're driving to pick up my step when I hear another jet engine and saw a B-1 Lancer fly by, this one closer to the ground. So now I start to get a little nervous and confused. Trust me, when you see a B-1 Lancer fly close, its not a nice feeling. Not to mention, there was a multi-jurisdiction police incident near by [unrelated] so that didnt fint well. We get home and turn on the news to hear if the security level has been up and find something else, Wings over Houston Airshow is this weekend. /end dumbass
