Grrr! I have another thing to deal with now Our phones mysteriously quit working yesterday early afternoon, right after Rufus came to me and asked if they could use the phone. Then a little bit later Rufus comes up and asks me if he could split my phone lines so they could have a phone downstairs, I told him no, cuz I don't want to get stuck with their bill cuz it would be on my phone bill, and I have already been stuck with a past renters phone bill. So In call the phone company and he comes out and find a phone line cut downstairs in their apartment So they had to of cut it behind my back! So the guy that came out took out every phone line down there that they may be able to split from,so if there is new lines down there I'll know.

I am pissed beyond pissed
I just had a major controntation with Janelle and Rufus about everything that is going on! My plan was to have a meeting tonight at 6pm but once they got the note that I wanted a meeting they came up and knocked on the door and then they started making up a whole line of BS about the situation prior to this. Then they said that if I was gonna try to evict them that I would have to take them to court to get them out and that they were gonna take pictures of everything that I so called "Promised" to fix down there for them and I won't let them use my phone ever since the phone line got cut and Janelle threatened to call the cops on me for not letting her use my phone All hell just broke loose here and I am so pissed off at them and I can't get a hold of my sister cuz she is not home!

Ok, I have some new info regarding everything that is going on here:whistle Melody and I went to the police station and told the guy behind the desk everything that has been happening, and the guy first of all asked me if we had an occupancy permit. I said no and the guy flat out told me that we just can't rent a place on our own, we have to have an occupancy permit first and if the city here found out we were renting without one we could get penalized. Also the contract that I typed up for them is meaningless because my sister's name isn't in the contract at all and really I wasn't in authorized to let anyone rent here anyways because the house is in my sister's name. He also said that all we have to do is have my sister call and talk to them and if she tells them they have to leave then they have to leave! PERIOD! And if they don't then my sister can call the police department here and have them escorted out.

In Pain
I've just had the weekend from HELL and now I'm having major back pain and Motrin isn't even touching it! If it keeps up, I may need to go to the emergency room if I can't get a chiropractor appointment!
