I have TERRIBLE calf pain, I tore my muscles at the gym Wednesday and now I am paying for it

I had one of our Orthopedic Surgeons look at them today and he said I did it good this time

So I guess I am going to stretch all I can and take some meds, man it sucks to try and get in shape

Bummer Jen, sorry to hear that. I have been working my calves extra hard the last 3 days and I'm definitely feeling them, they are making themselves known. After hearing your story, I may let them rest for a day or so. Time to get the hips burning for me!

You see I only go to the gym 3 days a week so I do IT ALL while I am there, arms, thighs, calfs, abs, back, and cardio!

I do a pretty intense 1 1/2 hour workout, it is killing me

But I need to get my ass in shape, why I waited this long I don't know, could kick myself for it

Me too, Jen. I usually go Wed, Thurs and Fri for about an hour and 15 and when I'm not taking a class I'm doing cardio then weights. Trying to get in shape sucks, I want to BE there. Not try to GET IN.
