I heard Scott wrote illusion while he was doing acid. I also heard them say scott wrote my own prison after doing acid. I know they say they have stopped but does anyone know if they still do drugs?

Haven't heard any of that kind of nonsense.......Can't quite remember if I heard Scott say this, or if I read it someone; that the band used to drink, and when he had ran off to "find" himself he would smoke weed.

I don't know, that's kinda personal, so don't believe everything you hear and read, especially if it doesn't come from Mr. Stapp's own mouth.

i agree that doesnt concern me weather they do or dont
do drugs that is there buisness.
people all over the world have there own problems,from
cigaretts,alcohol,or people i call prescription junkies,
look at ozzy they say they dont do illegal drugs any more
just prescription drugs,lol no diverance cause most dr's
are drug pushers.
a little maryjane isnt as bad as heroin,or crack,extasy,ect.
but i hope they dont.
just remember we have to live our own destinys.

i must correct something about what i said here
i didnt mean for it to sound like all people who go to the dr's
are prescription junkies,cause i know full well there are people
who have to have medicines just to live a healthy life,my dad has
heart problems and there are other diseases to.
my point is there are people out there who are addicted
to prescription drugs and i blame the dr's for feeding on
there addictions just to keep there buisness open.not all drs though,but alot,they even get paid from the drug manufatuars
who come and solicite there meds at the dr's office to give
samples to there patience.
i just want to opplogize to anyone who has to take medicines
to live i surely didnt mean yall.

Just a note: Stapp does say in a few bootlegs right before they play Illusion "I wrote this next song while trippin' on Acid" - mind you these are bootlegs from '98 when they were still getting their foot in the door.
