I Heard This From A DJ On My Favorite Radio Station. That Creed Had A Concert In Chicago And That Scott Stapp Was High That He Couldn't Even Sing And He Was Falling To Floor And Everything. That Is What I Heard If Anyone Was At The Concert Or Knows Anymore About This Please Post It.

There's TONS of posts about the Chicago show in other threads, I would check those out if I were you, since we have way too many as it is. I was there, I wouldn't say high, most definitly he was drinking, but I wouldn't guess drugs. Just read over the posts, there's lots to choose from.
