Please take my polls and sign the guestbook...
Its an extreme sports site, and its not done yet, but I would like some signings and votes so when I open the site up for everyone the polls and the guestbook dont look so untouched
Anyways... follow this link: http://ride4pain.com/r4p.php From look on the right side, you will see one poll, you can vote in that one now, or wait, at the bottom of the poll there is a link that says "polls" click it and there is a few polls, please take them. The guestbook: Just click go here again: http://ride4pain.com/r4p.php And click on "guestbook" and then click the picture. Thanks guys  (any feedback on the site is welcome too)

just let me give you advice:
set the table width to a 100%, then the site will easier to view both in 800x600 or in 1024x718
