That's a great idea. I always forget about journaling, and I have a lot to appreciate. I'll have to give it a whirl.

I used to do a gratitude journal, well maybe for a week LOL I never did it long enough to change my life!!! I should start it again!!

A gratitude journal is a great idea. I usually write when I have things on my mind but it's always a good idea to remember all the good things we have in our lives instead of what we don't have.

Yes a journal of any kind is a awesome thing...I can't write everyday so I write when I can..it helps alot..
