U2 New DVD - Vertigo 2005 tour in Chicago
Hey Guys,
I got new U2 DVD Vertigo in Christmas and this is amazing...they sing 23 songs --some new stuff and the best :the old ones... And I was thinking: so good they are still together after 25 years and they are still playing with an evident passion. Very Cool. That show has a lot of awesome moments, and of course Ill will forget various, but i love especially 'An Cat dubh/Into the heart' ,"eletric Co.' 'Sometimes we cant make it on your way', 'Where the street have no name' (my favo song) when Bono tells about Africa and 'One'. This is a simple DVD, hasn't any special effect but its good cause we can appreciate the songs and their talent.. After that Im excited to see them alive in february or in march 2006. Anyone else get this dvd?

I've seen it on TV. But the show they played in Sweden was much better! And U2 seemed to think so too.

That DVD kicks ass!!
Highlights for me are defenitly Vertigo, (I don't really fancy it on HTDAAB, but that song live is amazing), One, Zoo Station (again, another one that I don't really fancy on album but great live song), The Fly (Edge ... what can I say? Lol), All Because of You, and Original of the Species (acoustic that song is beautiful) And of course the old classics were great to see Cool dvd

Re: U2 New DVD - Vertigo 2005 tour in Chicago
My bro got it for X-mas and we watched it the other day. It was quite good, I have to say(didn't see the whole thing, though). I haven't seen it enough to pick a favorite performance(I thought "Where The Streets Have No Name" was pretty awesome, though) but I can say this: seeing this DVD made me want to see U2 live that much more. Next time they come to my neck of the woods(Michigan) you can bet I'll be finding a way to see'em.

That DVD is on my list of ones to get. I saw U2 for the first time in October and they were great!

I just saw them at the start of this month for the first time, it really was amazing. I've seen some of the dvd on tv, I might pick it up some day.
