Is Creedfeed realllllly slow, or is it just me??

I have cable and Creedfeed for me right now is extremly slowwwwwwww, the pages are taking forever to load!!! Anywhere else for me is fine, it's just Creedfeed. Anyone else??

Yeah it has been REALLY bad today, I thought it was just my computer, glad to hear it is not!

yeah I wonder if it's when there are sooo many guests on the board if it gets bogged down? It's irritating, especially when I have cable and am used to pages cashing major quick!!

LOL Jen, I can't imagine!!!!! I wouldn't ever be here then!!! It drives me mad!!! Once you go fast, you can't go back!!!

Just wish we didn't pay out of the butt for it!!!!

We've got broadband at work, and I've found that over the past week or so, CF is fast in the mornings, then gets slow in the afternoons.

yep, this new server is slower than the previous one. and the gifs under the menu buttons aren´t appearing for me...

Just so you know, the new server is located at the same location, in the same building as the old server. If I didn't move the site, it'd still be slow. There's some problems with the network where the web servers are. If anyone is familiar with how the internet works, the servers are located at the NAC in New Jersey, and here's what NAC is saying about the issue:

"We are currently experiencing high latency and packet loss via our WilTel communications transit connection. At this time senior level engineers at WCG have reported the problem to be capacity issues between their New York to New Jersey ATM trunks. Additionally, WCG engineers have reported CRC errors on the OC-12 trunk from their router to their ATM switch."

Supposedly, they are working on a solution now. Apparently it's not everyone that is having issues with slowness, only those whose hops travel through New York/New Jersey (which is probably most of us heh).

Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

well I'm glad there is a reason for it and it will be fixed!!! It's working fine right now!
