Hey don't worry, you're not the only one lost and confused. A lot of people on the board feel the same way you do, especially me. Creed's music will NEVER DIE! Their music will be with us for the rest of our lives, no matter what happens to them! So just be happy if you've seen them live, you saw them in all of their greatness!

First,,of all nothings been confirmed or no statement has been,,made,,from any of the band members,,my opion,,it seems the guys just need it along break from each other,,and going on diffrent paths as musicians that happens i and sometimes you just got to give growing room for each other,,if there does come solo albums i cant wait to hear theme,,and all of creed is very god gifted musicians,,and im sure whateverd they do they will be blessed,,and,,im sure when they can set the record straight for themeselfs,,then they can set the record straight with all their fans,,untill this happens im sure you wont hear from the band,,im sure they will make along speach to all of the fans when its time,,and clear it all up,,because thats just creed class all the way and loyal,,100,,percent,,but even tho will love theme sooooo,,much here,,everybody needs a break,,for clarity growing room and most of all insparation,,so to all the fans creed my prayers are with theme that the find way to bring the music back in hearts and are souls and may god lead theme and guide theme the way he wants theme to do so and get together again im sure he will,,,So Peace Love ,,To you all,,And Stop Crying and just rock on

Don't rumors with Tremonti and Flip splitting with Stapp just further confirm what the Wind-Up Creed Newsletter told us? Which is both guys are going to work on solo albums. It seems nothing more than that. Mark's brother supposedly said it wasn't a permenant split so is everybody just getting worked up over 2 different solo projects?

the thing I can't understand is that Mark is starting a new band with Flip and Brian Marshall..... Why don't they just use Stapp too? This is not a solo-project cus the members are members from his own band (except Brian)!! Stupid Mark! If they use Stapp too, the super-4 who made two of history's best albums togetherwould be back, and I think that it would please us fans!!!! Or what?

Mark's not stupid, they just want to try something new without Stapp. I guess they figured Stapp needed a well deserved break to get his life back together.

I'm kind of thinking the same thing. Yeah I know I keep going back to the Chicago incident, but I think it probably illustrates the relationship between the guys at this point pretty well. They're probably just tired of him and want to try something else out.... or else Stapp just wants a break from the band... who knows.

All I can hope is that they're able to do "solo" projects and realize what a good thing they had in Creed; come back together and become a more creative band. Come to think of it, in a way I'm kind of glad this stuff happened, because (imo), Weathered was a step in the wrong direction -- lacked the deliciously grungy sound and musical/lyrical creativity of much of their other two albums.
