That's awesome, make sure you get plenty, you can do so much with vegetables and fruit, and they can be just as yummy as junk food!

It feels good doesn't it, knowing that you are going to make a difference to yourself. Good work. :P

I got off my butt today and walked about 7 miles I'm still drenched in sweat but it felt good to get ouit of the house
