It's the smoking gun.com they get all sorts of background dirt. They were the ones who put out the list of foods that bands enjoy having backstage. The list for Creed included a small loaf of bread and a jar of p'butter and a jar of jelly. How adorable is that? I can only guess that would be for Jagger when he's at their shows. Just too damn cute.

I doubt this pic was from a real police report, there would be some sort of identification to link it back to a certain precinct if it was lost. Besides, why would they make him take his shirt off for the picture? Nothing like that was ever mentioned before. Stuff like this could easily have been edited, there's plenty of pictures of the band shirtless.
However, some of the other stuff on the site looks like it could be real, so I wouldn't be too skeptical  . |

He could have been driving without a shirt on. It is pretty hot in Florida in July
