Today I got some more tickets for acts playing down under this summer and I thought I'd gloat a bit.

December 30-January 1: Falls Festival (Michael Franti and Spearhead, Pennywise, Groove Armada, Reel Big Fish, The Cat Empire, Cog, Gerling, The Butterfly Effect and others that I dont care for)
January 3: Queens of the Stone Age (with the Distillers)
January 11: Evanescence
January 19: Muse
January 20: Black Eyed Peas
January 21: Metallica!!!
January 22: The Mars Volta
January 23: Big Day Out Festival (Metallica, The Strokes, Muse, The Dandy Warhols, The Darkness, The Flaming Lips, Jet, The Mars Volta, Basement Jaxx, The Datsuns, Kings of Leon, Black Eyed Peas, Aphex Twin, Luke Vibert, Gerling, The Butterfly Effect, Blood Duster, PNAU, Sonicanimation, 1200 Techniques and more I dont care for)
January 25: The Flaming Lips

And A Perfect Circle, who cancelled their January tour, will be coming in February! Ohh yeah!

Man I'm so ready for this January.

Which bands are you gonna see in the near future?

HOLY CRAP!!!!! You have the right to gloat!!! I just saw APC...One word: Amazing...
I've seen several of the bands on your list in the last year, so I don't have any lined up at the moment. However, I REALLY wish I could see Dust For Life on New Year's Eve, but I'll be working

Btw, The Mars Volta are incredible LIVE!!!

I would like to see Default on tour, but I think they've already come here. Nickelback probably have too.

Oh well.

Other than that, I'm just waiting for Coldplay to show back up here.

man i couldnt even write down all the bands i've seen
all of them ive seen at livestock over the last 10yrs.
ive seen creed there in 98/2000.
tesla they rocked,joe satriani,three doors down,seven dust
ect ect.have a great week

oh my goodness.... i see u mentioned the strokes on the big day out festival. the strokes are so amazing live. expecially if your into the whole indie rock theme. they are by far one of the greatest live bands ive ever seen

Going to APC tomorrow nite! YAY!! They (espcially Maynard) are INCREDIBLE live...This will be my 3rd time seeing them since August!! Also thinking about driving to Iowa on Saturday to see them, but I doubt I will, with Christmas coming and all!! And the other really great thing about the APC concert is I'm going for FREE!! I won the tix from the radio station for this show!! I'm sooooo flippen pumped!!

Thanks Kris, I'm sure it will be a BLAST!!! I'm getting ready as we speak...The show doesn't start til 8:00 (CST) so, I'm getting REALLY antsy!! But also getting VERY PUMPED!! Maynard rocks my world!!

I manage my funds well enough to be able to see bands I like. It just so happens that they're all touring around the same time! I hear Incubus is coming in the new year too, there goes more money!
