Wish Not To Worry

Here is my newest poem I finished the other night. It is inspired partly on a few books & chapters of the Bible. Enjoy! - Ben

“Wish Not To Worry”

Eccl. 9; Luke 23: 42 & 43

Wish not to worry when I pass from this place
Birth announces the beginning to bringeth forth
Likewise, death tolls the time that taketh away

Scared was I
First to perceive
Someday we die
Living to leave

Wish not to worry in house of mourning and woe
Celebration of life is just for all common destiny
Eternal slumber beside Him enough is to know

Secured now I
Feel to conceive
Somewhere we fly
Leaving to see

Wish not to worry when you come into His kingdom
Gates of God’s grandeur open welcome a dwelling place
Truth told on that day we will go in paradise with Him

Saved for I
Find to believe
Someone we spy
Seeing to be
