Hey, if someone here's interested, I just saw the last release from Silvertide (Show and Tell) at Best Buy for something like $9.00. Not a big Silvertide fan, but they are pretty awesome in concert. Might have to snatch tht one up myself.

REALLY good cd

Chevelle -This type of thinking could do us in
most of the cd is good, but some of the songs are too similar

I was really disappointed in that CD because I love the first two. It just sounded really bland to me for some reason. I think I've only listened to it twice.

^ This is the first chevelle cd I've bought, so I cant compare it to the others. I like it alot though, especially the first 5 songs, but it did take me a few listenes to get into it.

Just ordered Shinedown-Leave A Whisper. I know you think I already had it if you've checked out a few of my posts. Been thinking about it for a while. I buy a cd like I buy a car. Kick the tires, take it for a spin, sleep on it. This on kicks big ass.

How is Lullabies to Paralyze? I was thinking of buying it but wasen't quite sure if I'ld like it. The John Butler Trio are a cool aussie group for those that don't know of them. Who is on the CSI soundtrack?

Lullabies is good. I think some songs may need to grow on me, but right now it's worth it for a few songs such as Medication, Burn The Witch, Tangled Up In Plaid, Skin on Skin, and "You Got A Killer Scene There, Man...." You'll probably like it.

JBT are cool.

Well, I'm in love with CSI. lol But some good songs are on the cd, some which I already had.

Who Are You - The Who
Everybody Out Of The Water - The Wallflowers
Crystal - New Order
Come Into Our Room - Clinic
Give It Away - Zero 7
Day By Day - Badmarsh & Shri
Inhaler - Hooverphonic
We Luv You - Grand Theft Audio
Hell Above Water - Curve
To Get Down (Fatboy Slim Mix) - Timo Maas
Time Has Come Today - The Chamber Brothers
Little Gem - Euphoria
Song For Olabi - Bliss
Unbound - Robbie Robertson
Investigation Suite - John M. Keane
Grissom's Overture - John M. Keane

I love Lullablies to Paralyze.

Today, I bought:
Beck -- Guero...I'm listening to this right now. It's great. I'm loving it.
Corrosion of Conformity -- In the Arms of God.
My Bloody Valentine -- Self-titled. This is good shit. Kind of airy melodic vocals over some chillax type riffage. Very cool, trippy stuff.
Nine Inch Nails: Things Falling Apart, Fixed, Closer to God

Yeah, I went on a binge

my bloody valentine is really trippy stuff. its good for putting on before going to sleep i've found. the indie crowd practically wet themselves talking about it but i didn't find it was that good.

LOL...it's definitely trippy and I could see it as chillax music for sure. I really liked it, though I had trouble understanding the lyrics .
