Metal Edge's 2005 Readers Choice Awards
I was at Wal-Mart today and decided to thumb through a few of the usual magazines, and I noticed Metal Edge had their Readers Choice Awards out.
Guess who was listed as one of the three best new bands! You guessed it! Alter Bridge!  There weren't anything ranked as 1, 2, or 3, but they were listed third. The first two were Velvet Revolver and Damageplan. I find it interesting that the three best new bands were bands that formed after their previous groups broke up. H-D

yeah, that is pretty interesting how they're made up of former groups. i guess the old geezers are the ones who really know how to rock

it shows that the new bands aren't really there if its old bands really that are the best "new" acts.
