I thought last night that we were for sure gonna get a tornado here Sheila There was lightning all around here everywhere and thunder, and then it got real quiet for a while like the calm before the storm. Then it started back up again

All of you living in the area will be in my thoughts and prayers until this nasty, scary weather is over. That must have been really spooky, Julie!! I think of all the different types of storms, tornados scare me the most!

I know! They are so unpredictable and dangerous I've never seen one in person but If I ever do see one I'll probably poop a brick house I was in a tornado before but I didn't stay outside long enough to see it

Dan-I'm so glad you're ok. Thanks for letting us know. Here in Minnesota we get them too, and it can be very frightening. We were on vacation several years ago, and there was one heading right toward us from across a lake. Suddenly it changed direction and hit an island instead of us and no one was hurt. I'll never forget it though.

You would absolutley love it! :P We really do have a beautiful country, it's just we don't appreciate it as much as we should. Pretty mountians, rivers, lakes, clean green country, clean citys, just beautiful land I'm so lucky to live in a place like New Zealand. But i would also LOVE to come to America too!!!

I definitely would pop over to Australia, Bec. It's been a place I've wanted to go for a long time. It would be a long flight to get there, but it would be worth it!! New Zealand sounds beautiful, Hayley!! I'm a big nature lover so I'm sure I'd love it. It would be great for you to come here to the good ole' USA. I've got to say that although I'm not always crazy about the winters here in the New England area, I do love our change of seasons. Right now everything is green and flowers are blooming, it's beautiful!! I also love it here in the fall when all the leaves change color. It's one of my favorite times of the year!
