That's a good idea. I used to do Blurty, which is on online journal, but I lost the time to do it. I need lots and lots of motivation on a variety of things.....Rock on!!!!!!!

Hi gals! I just wanted to say hi and let you all know that I have been peeking in and keeping up with the posts - just haven't had time to contribute - you are all doing so well I am proud!! I have lost 3 pounds and my husband and I are now doing it together and we are having a great time "competing" with one another! Keep up the good work ladies! I'll have more time soon !

I went for a walk today for the first time in a while, since I've had that dang cold

Thanks guys it is good to be back - I am now down 6 pounds, and have been exercising more regularly. It does feel good. Even though I haven't had much time to contribute - reading what has been going on with all of you has helped me stay motivated. Thanks!

Julbright: That's awesome news, well done! It does make you feel good, huh.
  GGG: I found one of those journal things from Oprah a couple of months ago, it must be my mum's. I looked through it, and becasue it's like a diary, it must boost ya selfesteem because you read through the progress, I think it's a really good idea. Recently I have lost weight without even trying. It's weird. I have a pair of green flares that I wear often, they are size 14, and they are getting very baggy around the bum and thighs, so I might be able to fit into a size 12! I feel good about that. (I don't know if the sizes in the USA are the same as in NZ lol)

And thanks, Julie! I appreciate it. I am proud of it, even though I really didn't try to loose the calories, :lol: I think it's great, but I would like to loose more, I need to start exersicing again....

Haven't come to this thread in awhile. Sounds like everyone is doing AWESOME !! I've lost six more pounds but I haven't been really good about the whole exercising thing. The weather has been crappy here for a couple of days and I had a friend come visit a couple of days ago so I got off track! I'm just glad to hear how well everyone else is doing! That helps me want to be more motivated!!

I haven't been in here in awhile either but it sounds like everyone is doing a TERRIFIC job!!
 I'm kind of off track too with being sick this past week but I hope to feel well enough to get exercising this week and start eating better as well.To Julbright, Hayley and Kris - Congratulations on the weight loss!!! You ladies ROCK!!!  Keep up the good work. I'm planning on being able to post the same news soon myself.

I got my brother out and we walked out to Sams Club and back
It felt good to get out there again
