It really depresses me to and doesn't help in motivation!

Yeah, I have to get it in gear for sure. We have a gym at work and if I didn't sweat so much, I would take my lunch and walk on the treadmill or something. I just don't want to be all sweaty and have to work another four hours, LOL...Maybe I'll go after work tonight and do a half hour or something

Haven't been on in awhile! Taking care of the poor sad husband. Got back into the swing of things today and rode my bike for about 10 miles. Feeling much better too!

Sheila I know exactly how you feel and I'm soo glad to hear how well you are doing. It's soo hard sometimes but to know you have the control over it is the key!

I LOVE this board and I love all you guys! Sorry for being so mushey just having one of those days!

Just a little update on my weight lose: I've now lost a total of 80 pounds. I've gone from a size 26/28 to a 16/18! I'm really starting to feel good!

I apologize, I'm getting all mushey here too but I'm speakig from my heart. A big part of my progress is owed to all of your love and support and I just wanted to say Thank You.

I just stopped in for a few minutes. I have some major housework to do today so I'll be getting lots of activity and it's an absolutely GORGEOUS day here today so I feel motivated.
