I was thinking today how cool it would be to take a cruise someday!!! I know it is far fetched and all but how awesome would that be? To be in the tropics together and the ship has everything on it from bars to dance clubs etc.... it would be GREAT!!!!! Oh maybe someday!

What a great idea, Jen!! That would be a BLAST!! There's always something to do on a cruise. We'd probably never sleep, LOL!!

I have heard that you can pay for cruises in advance now, too. Instead of cha-ching when cruise time comes, you can pay a little at a time up until the trip time arrives. A few of our friends took a cruise for their honeymoon and they started paying for the trip a year prior. I thought that was pretty neat. It's an idea anyway. I think the cruise idea would be great, plus it would be great to be able to pay it out and have more spending money for the trip without going into debt. Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in.

WOW that would be fun!! Another thought is, an all-inclusive resort. They're a little cheaper in that alcohol and snacks etc...are also included. What you pay up front is what you pay!
I've been to two in Jamaica that were great. They each had 5-7 restaurants and several night clubs right on the grounds...no driving unless you want to take the resort van into town to party there. Plus, you have the beach all day and night, right outside your room. It's just another idea to consider. A trip like this or a cruise would def. take some serious planning. But what fun if we actually did it!

Something I'd have to take into consideration is the time frame. I don't think I'd be able to take an extended vacation like a resort or a cruise without the rest of the family because a week dedicated to Creedfeed may be a little tough to try to work out with my hubby. Hell I could bring them along!!

I understand the "family issues' involved. There are some great 4 day cruises also available for like the virgin islands etc.. and they are reasonably priced too! Ahhhh it is just an idea for someday, that's all!

I know what you all mean. It would be a whole lot of fun, but it would take planning. Maybe someday we will be able to.

Good point Teri....only so much time and money to go around....so can't use it all on Creedfest. A family fest could work. The spouses could hang and talk about how crazy they all think we are.

They'd probably not have anywhere NEAR as much fun as we'd have though.
