I know what you mean Stappinfection. I wish they would come here, too! We can't really prove that they don't, but I know a lot of people they know, or whatever go to CreedPit and I am just not that fond of CreedPit. I think this BB rocks and I love everyone here.

I feel the same way about creedpit. They do post alot of great pictures of Scott Stapp though they have a picture of the day.

Looking around the Web for someplace to vent a lot of bad feelings, I guess there isn't really such a place where it's really right. But we all have low times, the thing about Creed is that they acknowledge that stuff and try to help you live anyway.

Whereas often you just aren't allowed to recognize painful thoughts without a lot of ridicule.

Those who criticize Creed, well they don't realize how many people LIKE them, NEED them, they aren't for everyone, naturally Manson fans will be turned off (except I kind of like The Dope Show, I would probably like Manson, just didn't get around to him yet.)

It takes a wide variety of artists to provide connections to all the varied people out there, who FEEL but aren't so great at ARTICULATING. But when someone else says what you feel and you hear it, there is great relief.

It happens that Creed is able to say what a lot of people feel. And be very "entertaining" as they do it.

One thing that is really special about them, even among fans who have cooled to the band a little bit, there is this "comraderie", real communication among fans who came together because of Creed, who really did "tear down the walls". There was lots of fights at Creednet also, that's what happens when you tear down the walls, that's what walls are FOR, but "fights" mean people are making real contact, and for those who hang in there, you can get some real human relationships going.

I wish there was a forum for OLD Creed fans who weren't so much into the "sex" angle. Not that I'm against it, but I'd love to talk "seriously" sometimes. And pull someone else down to where I am, lol.

I'm sorry to hear your having a rough time, shunammite. Jen's right we have fun here but we also talk about serious subjects as well. As I posted earlier in this thread, Creed has brought a lot to my life and that's no exaggeration. I feel connected to them and their music then I every have with any other group.

Creed means very much to me, and I love the Band! But I'm sad because they hadn't had one single concert in Norway or in Scandinavia
