Marcos, in that first post, what does b/g stand for? Beginning or something?
And why do you say Lullaby's the hardest to sing? I would probly say b/c Stapp goes higher than ever in that song.

I'm thinking that Marcos meant background with the b/g. Marcos, am I right?
As far as Stapp singing all three parts in that song; although he is EXTREMELY talented, no one can sing 3 parts at once! And I don't seem to hear Mark in there either. When recording in a studio, each voice part or instrument part is recorded on separate tracks, so I'm guessing that's how we hear 3 Stapps! I remember when I recorded a demo tape many moons ago, that's how we did it. Then again, you all probably all knew that anyway and I'm just rambling again:embarass: PEACE.... JUST GIVE LOVE TO ALL -- Scott Stapp

Lullaby truly shows how gifted Scott is - that voice - aaahhhh! I'd like to see some other rock stars try to pull that one off! Anyone can do a "primal scream" LOL, as Scott does too. But true talent is being able to go into different voice ranges smoothly, and he can do that as well as sing softly/tenderly, then building up to intense/tough/rockin' with such ease; I don't see too many rock stars truly being able to do that.

yep, b/g means background...sorry for the confusion...
the thing about Lullaby being the hardest, I agree with you Redeemer... the high notes...the whole song, since itīs an acoustic one and have no drums, which makes his voice appear much more... about shwm, I donīt remember if it was a video I saw or a bootleg I have, Mark sings the bg ("on and on we sing this song") while Stapp sings "on and on we sing this song, coz you stand here with me, you stand here with me, you stand here with me" . It sounds identical (spelling?) to the album version. Iīd bet all my money itīs Mark singing. A while back I posted about Mark singing back vocals on weathered, although it doesnīt appear on the credits. His voice sounds a lil bit with Scottīs, but if you really get your ear used to it, youīll notice the difference between Mark and Scottīs voices. Thatīs why Iīm saying itīs Mark. Iīll check my files later, so, if itīs a mp3, Iīll try to post here the link to it... :0

I would say, WTLF because his voice has so many levels in that song that the chorus sometimes is hard to sing. I know on the acoustic version I don't have as much trouble. On the album version his voice seems to go higher and lower in the chorus. As many times as I have listened to it, I have it down. For someone who hasn't listened to it a million times, I would think it would be a toughie.

What I do with WTLF (MOP version) is alternating the voices, I mean the 1st time the chorus is sang, I go with Stapp's voice, the 2nd time, I go with Mark's , since his voice overpowers Stapp's. The rest of the song is easy IMO

Look at your last post, Marcos. There's like little extra things in some of the words with apostrophes. Okay, now that I'm looking back, I don't see them anymore...okay, now *I'm* confused...
Oh, Never mind!!!!
