Well after getting up at 10:00am and spending a grueling day of home school and posting on Creed Feed I like to take a nice long bath w/ rose petals and candles.

Sorry you had to deal with such an ungrateful person, Jen.
Whenever stress gets me, I listen to my fave Creed songs with my headphones on and block everything else out. My two best ones to calm down with are Who's Got my Back and Faceless Man. After listening to them (especially Faceless Man) I feel grounded again, also I pray alot for God to give me strength and grace. He's never let me down yet! gosh Jen, be careful of that job stress, my mom was the administrator of the ER, she was an RN. I think the stress of her job helped kill her, working in a hospital is I think one of the most stressful jobs there are. Take it easy and try not to let the low lifes get to ya!!! What dept. do you work in?? I used to work in Radiology as a Radiology Asst. Then I was a receptionist in Radiology when they scaled down. I miss working there sometimes, once you work in a hospital enviorment it's hard to stay away. I miss the hussle bussle LOL! Ive been a stay at home mom now for 10 yrs. I can't believe it's been that long, time fricken flies!!!!!!!!!

Marsly,
I work on a busy post surgical floor. Orthopedic, Neurology, and urology. We get all the knees and hip fractures head injuries and brain surgeries here! the pace if tolerable for me it REALLY is just the families and some of the patients mostly the "younger" ones who have this conception that they are OWED everything! Our surgeons are the most vicious as well, there are some nurses who float who refuse to come to my floor due to the Dr's! After 6 years of being here on this floor the doc's know me and not to mess with me! It is funny sometimes!:lol:

OMG, Jen!! I'm so sorry to here about that whole situation. I don't really understand how people can be so ungrateful and treat others like sh**. I think you handled the situation beautifully and you have a very tough job. I have so much respect for what you do.
  What I do after a stressful day is get into my most comfy clothes and usually do one of the following: either what a favorite movie or TV show that I know makes me laugh because that always makes me feel better or Listen to music (Creed 99% of the time) with my headphones on and just let it comfort me or help me to deal with whatever's causing the stress. But my best suggestion is to go home, do what you feel and make sure you give yourself plenty of TLC.
