Least favorite Creed song???

I know we all love Creed, but everyone has that one song that they'll skip over occasionally on one of the albums. I still like all the songs, but there are a few weaker ones that stand out to me, surprisingly none from Weathered.

Here are a few (in my opinion):

Unforgiven
Wrong Way
Never Die
Inside Us All

and my least favorite... Sister

What's your least favorite Creed song?

Hell no, not for me. There is not one song that I don't love, and I never skip songs on any of the CD's. Lullaby was a disapointment for the last song on Weathered, yes, but that has grown on me hugley, and I love that song now. But no, theres not one song that I skip or get sick off.

That's why they are my favourite band...

It's a lovely song, I wouldn't say one of my favourite Creed songs, but still nice.

Why don't you like it? (And Hellboy, why don't you like it either?) Sister is one of my favourites off MOP, but I guess we all have different opinions.

I've never understood how anyone can dislike Sister. It was always one of my favorites to just blast while I was driving into Minneapolis... \m/

I feel the same way, Hayley.

I've always loved Sister although I know a lot of people don't like it. But when I heard the lyrics to that song, it was like they wrote it for me. It described how I felt when I was younger and how I'm grateful I've changed since then. So for me, it has a special place in my heart.

Wow, that's cool Sheila that Sister did that for you. The reason I love Sister is because of Flip, maily. I don't relate to the lyrics of Sister, but the musical side warms me.

The song that took the longest to grow on me was Illusion. I don't know why, i don't necessarily dislike it, i just never found myself in the mood to listen to it.

Never Die wasn't really one of my favorites, but it's really hard to pick out a song from Creed that i flat out don't like, it's really just certain songs that i don't like as much when put up against the rest.

Overall i don't think Creed has any "bad" songs, just some songs don't measure up in comparison to others, which happens with any band i would think. (and it's also personal opinion as well as you can see from reading all the posts above mine)

Thanks, Hayley. Yeah, I was extremely shy and afraid to express how I felt when I was younger so when I heard the lyrics "bottled up and empty, holdin' back" I was like, he's singing about me, LOL. I enjoy the music in the song too.

Cool, that's awesome. So many other Creed songs make me feel like that, like I am apart of the song, and I can relate, but just not with Sister.

Yeah, I feel like it is a different kind of Creed. Just the music has a different feeling to it than other songs.

I swear the beginning of "Sister" sounds like an Irish drinking song.

But, in all seriousness, the song kind of annoys me. The song doesn't seem to know what kind of theme it's going for, melodically or lyrically.

For me, the melody just is not very distinct and shifts around too much. And the lyrics are meaningless except to a small number of people.

I think "Pity for a Dime" is one of the most underrated Creed songs ever. That is an awesome song!!!

too! LOL!!!

I do like the drumming apart of everything else in Sister... but I don't like how Scott's singing.
Especially the "repeat-parts" they annoy me so bad. The melody of the "whining" ...nanananaaa nanananaaa... eww!

Caught up in the middle
Had no choice, had no choice
Birthright forgotten, so silent
No voice
I see you
You know who
Little girl, little girl
Now realize little girl
Overlooked little girl
etc.

You know what I mean??? I was so badly surprised when I heard this song for the first time... I thought the CD-player had turned to another CD hahaha...

I don't like the Blue Collar version of Sister... the lyrics for the chorus are different and it kinda sucks to me. I like the newer version of Sister better.

I love all the songs as well. However, certain versions are better then others.

A few examples:

Unforgiven is an okay song, but live it is awesome.

Weathered, I don't care that much for the album version - but I LOVE the acoustic version.

Ode, same thing, don't care for the album version but LOVE the acoustic version.

Torn is another one - I usually only listen to the acoustic version.

My list can go on and on. Overall, like I said, love all of the songs.
