Me Singing/Playing Creed Part III
.....not ALL of this is creed, but most is:
Well i felt creative today so i did some more recording.... This first song is by a band called StereoFuse. I'm sure most of you have heard it on the radio, but some of you may not know it, i don't know all of the song cuz i haven't taken time to look at the whole thing, so hears part of it (i mess up the lyrics to but meh lol) http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-...-Everything.mp3 Next is just the guitar part to One by Creed, it's a cool song to play. My bass was up to high and i was on the bass pickup of my strat so it gets kinda beefy on the clean parts....lol http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-One(gtr).mp3 Next is one of my personal favorites. This is the Intro and a few bars of What's This Life For? by creed... http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-...-WTLF_Intro.mp3 Next is Ode (guitar only). I don't think i screwed up too bad anywhere in here, but with me you never know... http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-Ode(gtr).mp3 Next is a redo of my old version of Is This The End? I did it in the acoustic version (which is basically just barring and strumming the real version): http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-...sThisTheEnd.mp3 Next is the guitar part to One Last Breath. This is a really cool song to play once you get it right...i think it's pretty close to the tab, you be the judge: http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-OLB(gtr).mp3 *WARNING* might want ear plugs for this one lol. I'm singing and playing One Last Breath, including the high chorus which is out of my range, but i tried. Oh and the bridge is out of my range too, i tried that as well, but you'll see for yourself.... http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-...Last_Breath.mp3 Next is me again attempting to sing another song, this is Torn, it's hard to get the rhythm right on the bridge so i kinda improvised... http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-Torn.mp3 Here's the same song, electric guitar only: http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-Torn(gtr).mp3 This next one was fun to record, it's a medley of With Arms Wide Open and Freedom Fighter. I screw up on the WAWO solo towards the end of it so i do it an extra time lol: http://www.guitar.com/artists/sounds/Matt-WawoFF.mp3

you´re singing 8 above, that´s it... you should try it lower!
how do you play the violins part? D-B-G ??? I always get confused with teh right order... I´ve learned OLB from a tab that´s wrong, it´s killing me to correct the wrong notes... I saw the correct tab, but it´s like I´m blocked to play it :embarass: but I´m missing only a couple notes...

if the link doesn't work, highlite the whole thing and paste it in the bar, on the ones with parenthesis, the clickable part cuts off before the end, so just highlite the whole thing and paste it in the bar

Oh okay, its all good. How about Illusion? If you can't sing along with it, I don't mind hearing the instrumental, which ever you wish to do.

what i was playing on in those recordings (electric) was a fender strat directly into a champion 30 amp. I put a hot rails pickup in the bridge position of my strat, but there are no effects.
