DAY 1 of....


Creating a Vision board, the catalyst of my goals.

What is a vision board and how do I make it?

I first began playing with this several years ago, I started with little things, believable goals, and tested it. It works! I got overly excited and made about 5 boards...many goals...years later...I burned those because I reached the goals on them. It took a while because I had so many images and goals to meet. The magic comes in as you think about those images, you attract resources instantly to make them happen, the only limits are the ones we put on the self.

I read many books on the subject and practiced (half way) what they suggested I do.

"The law of BELIEF is what creates physical results in our lives." A collective group believing the same...creates larger miracles...possibly faster results.

I make the board by taking images of my goals already reached, from printouts, magazines, books...and putting them together on one board. I put it in a place where I can see them every day and see myself reaching that goal and I say "thank you."

I create affirmations to match those goals and I say them to myself daily. This creates a steady mindset, and magic happens. Be careful what you wish for...know what it is you want and be specific because what we attract into our life also has a negative side...it's wise to be aware of the things that come along with pretty packages. I had this happen and changed my mind quickly...that is the beauty of it all, we can change anytime we want...but there are side effects to change as well.

Example #1
I chose to change my career path a few years ago that I thought was different than what it actually is, so in putting those goals up it looked all great and nice but in reality when I actually reached that goal after much hard work and determination it was really different, it's stressful, and emotional..and not all flowers and smiles and hugs. My point is that it is wise to educate ourself on a goal before we put it on our board and in our mind.

I still love my job however, it is amazingly rewarding and I get to help people, the positive out weighs the negative. Thankful for that.

Example #2

I started with some shoes I really liked, expensive shoes, and magically I found those shoes half price, brand new... I put them on...and they were not as comfortable as I thought and running in them hurt my feet. They looked great, just like the picture on my board...but once inside them they were not as great a shoe as I thought. Be Careful what you Wish For.

Now, had I been smarter I would have first asked the question, What is the most comfortable running shoe on the planet?...and waited. Then made my move, but I was so caught up in pink and grey coloring...the superficial beauty of the outside package that I overlooked what is on the inside.

Umm.. That is just an example...doesn't have to be shoes you get my point.


So day one of meeting those goals...is a creating my Vision Board!

Revelation

John knew the results of VISION and powerful BELIEF.

He saw a new earth and a new heaven....before it became His reality. and he shared it with everyone...but most of us get caught up in the history and the negativity and forget to look to the end of the story...and the beauty that awaits us.

Progress Report

I created 1 of 3 boards.

While thinking about a "Catalyst" and how to supernaturally speed a somewhat tedious, time consuming process. Asking the question what do I need to make it go faster...to make it manifest faster.

The answer I got was STOP...STOP...at one board...until that particular goal is met...when it is met move on to the next.

Because when I crowd my mind with more than one goal..it slows the process. But when I focus intensely on acquiring and manifesting the end result of JUST ONE goal...then it comes supernaturally fast when applying specific techniques to that effect.


So...to report....One board done on the CORE...my Core. My center where all else follows suit. Day one DETOX the body...Create board, create affirmations...Ready for day 2.

Asking for resources to speed the process. AMEN

Little Miracles

Every Monday in the AM we go to a Cardio Combo class. We have the same teacher, and usually pretty much the same moves, you know, something that gets the heart pumping and the body sweating. Most of the time it is a focus on legs.

This morning we arrived early and found our usual instructor absent. She was replaced by a different instructor,

Do you know what she said our focus was on?


Our CORE...

Did it hurt? Absolutely
Did I sweat? Absolutely
Am I closer to my goal today? Absolutely

Beta-Hydroxy beta-methylbutyric acid, a metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine, synthesized in the human body.

Today I had the first day of this 2 day healing workshop to attend as part of my profession. During which one of the lecturers introduced me to an amino acid that actually speeds the growth of new muscle by compounding the old with the new.

Its super fast way to add lean muscle.

Every day I get closer to my goals.

What is HMB? How can HMB help me?

During exercise, muscles are damaged, causing muscle protein to break down. HMB, a metabolite of leucine (a branched-chain amino acid), helps prevent protein breakdown.

Taking protein and amino acids after a workout can help replace lost protein, and build more. The presence of HMB signals muscle cells to preserve the existing muscle, thereby promoting additional muscle growth and faster muscle development and recovery.

This helps you build muscle mass, muscle strength, and muscle endurance.

Ensure has this type of amino acid in it. The chocolate flavor is great and its quick to get in the system.

A Study At Vanderbilt on human consumption of HMB.

What were the results? In the first study, HMB greatly decreased the muscle proteolysis as well as the levels of plasma creatine phosphokinase. Additionally, the amount of weights lifted increased with HMB supplementation when compared with the unsupplemented group. During each week of the second study, fat-free mass was significantly increased in HMB supplemented subjects compared with the unsupplemented group. Nissen and colleagues thus concluded that supplementation with either 1.5 or 3 g HMB/day can partly prevent exercise-induced proteolysis and/or muscle damage. Additionally, the dietary supplementation of HMB can result in larger gains in muscle-mass associated with resistance training.
