Ripped Off Blues
What is it that they say..when ya have lemons...you make lemonade?...well this is my inspired version of lemonade...
 Imagine if you will a Skynard type blues song...the singer has a gravely voice, and there's a cool blusey guitar solo where it is noted....  Ripped Off Blues The other nite I’m on stage playin’ Havin’ fun…. Entertainin’ The gig was done Did a meet and greet Soon it was time To beat feet That’s when somebody told me What went down…down…down… I got the ripped off blues… Went to check To see what’s missin’ Made me so mad I felt like spittin’ Was feelin’ so good Ridin’ the wave Hit the ground hard Wanna rant and rave Now that I know What went down…down…down… I got the ripped off blues… (some really cool blues rifs stuck in here) I got the blues…blues…blues… Them ol’ ripped off blues….. ©2004 Susan D. |
