In this interview they have at PBF, Stapp says the record is platinum, Is he counting the shipped platinum as platinum or is it really sold platinum.

As far as I know, it has only shipped platinum, not sold it. So I would say he is probably referring to it shipping platinum.

It's strange. I read in an article that it's gone double platinum. From what I'm led to believe that's not very accurate.
Why would another million be shipped when the initial million haven't even sold?
