I work my ass off in my job as a manager and today i asked to my head manager in Spain if after a year and 3 months working for them here it was possible if they would increase my salary. They said no. I work here between 8 and 13 days 5 days a week and i know now that they dont care about it. I just will send my cv appliying for another position in any other company that pay me more. I had enough of no apreciation

thanx, just read it.didnt make me feel worse a little better maybe, chocolate may be good at the time but afterwards you think why the hell did i just eat all that then you feel worse so im gonna go grab some fruit.

my dad has just stole my computer mouse to clean it so im trying to manage without it.

Our girls have a softball game today. We're playing Eastern Oregon. Their one of our biggest rivals in the wide world of sports. Hopefully we'll win. So far, were 13-13 this season. Which overall, I guess it's better than last season... we were somthing like 6-22. Pretty sucky.
