i am so nervous again tonite
i am starting to think that those breakdowns are gonna be forever
i try to breath and calm down but i cant
my mind doesnt stopp thinking about loads of things
feel dizzy

Anna i have those since my mom died, almost 6 years ago. But now are worst than ever. Its always at nite time when i am alone at home. when i am with people is fine and i dont think but when i am in front of the computer alone...my mind gets mad...loads of things and i start to feel sometimes dizzy.
no, i didnt got to the doctors....i should cos its getting worst.

you should definately go to the doctors they'll be able to give you something to calm you down and make them less often or stop them completely.

I really should get dressed. I have a long day ahead of me. My Tuesdays and Thursdays start at 9:30 and don't end until 6:30.

My Dad has just finished mowing the lawns outside, and for some reason all of this grass and dust has blown up from underneath the lawn mower, and come through my window, now my eyes are all red and itchy, grrrrr
