Hey hey, everyone needs to check out these fellas from the Lou. They're pretty awesome. Formerly known as Mesh STL, they changed their name after their "final concert" a year or so ago, then put out their new album, Coming Up for Air, in the past few weeks. And, I must say, it's wicked hardcore.

one of my band directors in high school, his cousin (Matt Arana) is in the band.
