i don't know....PA obviously means Pennsylvania.......72 could mean 1772 1872 1972.....we don't know

well i had a thought, i live in oklahoma so im not sure about this but could the 72 mean highway 72 im not sure if there is a highway 72 in PA but just droppin some ideas

you really can't be sure that PA refers to pensylvania (sp?) or that 72 is a year.
