Unforgiven Fan, is your signature spelt wrong to be different, or is it just a spelling mistake?, out of interest.

well if hes gonna tell someone they misspelled something, you'd think he'd spell everything right.

I'll probably catch some crap for this, but I'm a brave girl. I can take it:

1. Creed
2. Billy Joel (not really a band but so what)
3. The Police
4. The Who
5. The Beatles
6. Duran Duran
7. Elton John (again, see #2)
8. Madness
9. Def Leppard
10. Beach Boys

Note, Creed is the only current artist on my list because there is not much new today that I care to listen to or consider favorites.

Oh, boy. I love these lists but I hate putting them in order. It always makes me feel bad for the bands near the bottom.

1. Creed
2. Fuel
3. Our Lady Peace
4. Linkin Park
5. Third Eye Blind
6. Incubus
7. Weezer
8. 12 Stones
9. Trust Company
10. Hoobastank

A couple of my choices aren't favorite bands "ever" or anything, just what I've been listening to a lot of.

Classic rock bands are left off my list for a reason. I think it's patently unfair to compare that genre to the modern stuff, because those guys invented what people today are doing. It's not fair to either group, in my opinion, but that's just me. By the way, the two classic rock bands I listen to the most are, surprise, surprise, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.
