That's actually a tough question .
The guitar I use is a '73 Fender Mustang, blue finish with a competition stripe. It's got a mother-of-pearl pickguard that shines nicely :P . It has a really nice, rough sound to it that would make Signs sound really good - if I could get the strumming right . That's my pitch...more people should post on this! |

I don't usually judge a guitar by how it looks, any time i go into a music store i always sit down with the crappiest guitar first, and to be honest, some of them sound pretty good.
I would have to say my favorite guitar would be the PRS Singlecut in an Amber burst or Tiger Eye finish with a Tremonti Treble. The tones on all PRS guitars are very sweet on the clean, and very chunky on the distortion, but the singlecuts are just that much more sweet and chunky. THe last time i went into a sam ash i played a prs singlecut for 3 horus straight without moving, eventually they told me to buy it or get out, so i guess they were kinda annoyed *shrugs*

Sound Definately is top priority....but If it doesn't look the way you want it to....then i don't think you can really make it YOUR guitar.....I'm a lil bit of an artist....and i love the designs of guitars...and i love designing my own ( on paper).....but as your basically sayin....if it's sound's crappy....it doesn't matter what is looks like.,.....i guess i like the best of both worlds....which is why i like PRS.....they're so amazing in both categories....

Brand - PRS (The best of the best)
Style - Singlecut P/U - HH But I'm loving the look of Gibson SG! That's probably the only double cutaway I'd like to play! |

Well, I love Gibson's Les Pauls. PRS Santana, CE, and Tremonti models I also love.
As far as acoustics go, I love my Alvarez acoustic, and a friend of mine's Fender acoustic. ________ CALIFORNIA MEDICAL MARIJUANA Last edited by Marty : 09-17-2011 at 12:24 PM. |

I love the looks of the Les Paul's and the Tremoni guitars. Right now I have a crappy Ibanez. I bought it off a buddy of mine and it came in a starter pack. I should get my Tremonti SE around March 18th or 20th.

I love the Gibson SG, the sound is really good and the looks...oh man, for me it's the gratest.
But for now, since I don't have any money, I have a Tagima ( brazilian guitar, it isn't half of a gibson but it's nice) Strato model
