I know, isn't it amazing how fast and easy it is to workout when you have some great rockin' tunes to get you thru!! I know it helps me tremendously!!! I'll bet I look like and idiot, headbanging  and singing  as I walk down the street!!! But ask me if I care!!

Wow!!  That's one happy song! I know this song but I can't name the artist or the song!  "Nobody's Wife" from Anouk (Dutch female rockartist) make me feel strong again when I'm feelin' down... just like "One Last Breath" from Creed! And "Who do you think you are" or "Ugly" from Sass Jordan. "All I wanna do" from Sheryl Crow makes me kinda mellow happy!
