I just found this thread today, I'm so very sorry that you have to go thru this. Sudden death is shocking enough, but murder destroys hope and trust, in the lives of those experiencing the loss.

I hope that they catch this person quickly, so that you and others do not have to live in fear.

I'm also saddened that you no longer have your friend to share your life.

Thank you, everyone. His memorial service was yesterday. It was hard to be there with everyone else, especially his mom. There was a great outpouring of love and emotion and support.

Uh, no X. If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. Can you imagine what it'd be like for criminals going into homes knowing the people who lived there didn't have a gun? That'd be awful! At least now, criminals are a little more hesitant because they know some people can and will defend themselves. And that is a good thing.

You can make guns illegal in Canada, if you want. Doesn't effect me. My forefathers gave me the right to protect myself through bearing arms, and that's something they can't take away from me. I don't own a gun, and don't plan on it, but if I ever need to to be safe, I can.

Yeah, they think so. A guy named Trevor Booth, a 20 year old from a area was arrested.
