Yeah Julie, I'm afraid they are right, the house is legally hers. The law sees it as you and your brother renting it out. She really dons't have to put a dime into it with her name on the papers unfortunatly.

Morally, your right, the house seems to be more yours and your brothers. Family tiffs are awful, I've been through my share also. Money can make people really ugly........

No marcos, this is a new show and it is really EXTREME!!! They take people that need alot of plastic surgery and do it, They have face lifts, eye lifts, nose jobs, lipo suction, breast implants, tummy tucks, new teeth and all at once!!!! It's a trip to see the before and after!!

You need her more than she needs you. You had bought her a house and now you want to have some control over it. So you gotta be very nice to your sister, cuz baing rude to her wount solve shit. She can just sell the house if you push her too much.

She'll wait till my brother and I have enough put into it so she can get more out of it after its sold

She is all about what she can get out of something...unfortunately.

I'm so sorry you have to go through all of this, Julie.

Unfortunately, Jen and Dogstar are right, a lot of times, money brings out the worst in people. I've experienced that myself when my grandmother died. Sometimes situations like this can be really hard, especially with family.
