Njcreedite, Mad Season was a side project among Layne Staley on vocals, Mike McCready from Pearl Jam on guitar, Martin Barrett on drums, and a guy named Baker on bass. They put out one Album in '94, I think. It was called Above. One of the songs made the top 40 in rock...River of Deceit. It's a beautiful sad song. The album is terrific. Layne and Baker are dead now .

how depressing....
sounds like it might be something to check out. I've probably heard of "River of Deceit", but don't recognise the title. I'm terrible at remembering titles.:embarass: Thanks for the info
