I'm pretty new too. I was following the VH1 board, but it has just too much negativity.
You guys here seem to be really positive. And Creed addicted, like me.

Welcome to you both. We are definitley fanatics here but I think it's agreed that we are much more positive than some of the other bbs. Also, Steve makes it much easier to navigate this place and keeps the bashers at bay. Stay with us and have a great time!

Welcome Creedchick! I'm pretty new myself, just here a couple of days but VERY EXPERIENCED on Creed fansites generally.

The best ones use the love of Creed to branch out into other things, I guess I loved the old Faith Forum at Creednet more than anything. And I like COR also, the memory remains sort of, at CreedTalk, they NEVER talk about Creed, but those guys have a great time with each other.

HOWEVER, I like to actually TALK ABOUT CREED and it's great to find a fan site where people DO THAT!!!!

Just a thought I had about the couple of "bashers" I've seen here.

I don't mind too much when a stranger comes in and bashes, and if that's all they ever do. You sort of know that's where they are coming from. What killed me was when some FANS took to bashing, because Creed didn't conform to all their expectations.

I've said before I'd stand by them if Stapp ate Jagger for breakfast, the art itself is PERFECT, but they are of course human.

It is so much easier to tear down, to criticize, than to encourage and admire. But I am developing a real taste for the latter things, it's like stepping from a blah life into technicolor.

I LIKE to hear people disagree, it shows they are being honest with each other, if no two snowflakes are the same, how can people think the same about things??? But there are ways to disagree that let communication continue, and there are ways that "kill 'em all". (I'm a big Metallica fan, too!

)

(I am not reflective of this site, but when something is on my mind it just comes out of the fingers, wherever they may be.)

(Hey exaggeration can be a form of communication! But I wonder what it would really take to turn me away from Stapp. Something about the same as what it would take to turn me away from my own son, and believe me, he's tried everything! Except cannibalism.)

Welcome! I'm new also - and I agree, this board is a nice place to come to and actually chat about positive things revolving around Creed, and life in general. Some post boards are really negative, but this one is definitely welcoming!

Thanks Lisa, we like to try to keep things positive. There are some threads here where we can all really get into heated debates and we all have our likes and dislikes and no one here is afraid to voice their opinions when they differ, but for the most part we all get along like a nice family (and like all families, there are some crazies
